At Redcape, we seek to be a strong, viable company that cares for our customers, nurtures and develops our people and contributes positively to the communities in which we operate.

We strongly believe there is a place for gaming in Australia – and we support it as the entertainment choice for many of our customers.

The majority of people who use gaming facilities do so responsibly as a form of entertainment. We are however mindful of our responsibility to help those that might require assistance and we believe we are well placed to do so. That is why we are committed to engaging and working with the community, government and industry leaders to ensure the issue of problem gambling is collectively addressed.

In addition to our community sponsorship program, we invest in key initiatives as a part of our Publinc Help program to help identify potential problem behaviours and provide those individuals that require help with the tools they need to change their behaviour.
