Dan Brady

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Brady has been Chief Operating Officer at Redcape since October 2012. He has extensive operational experience and has held senior positions within listed, privately owned pub organisations and was the owner operator of a pub. 

Prior to joining Redcape Dan was National Operations Manager at National Leisure and Gaming Limited (NLG), a position he held for five years before being made Chief Executive Officer at NLG in January 2011.

Currently Dan holds key industry positions as a Board member of the NSW AHA as well as being a Director of the Liquor Stax Retail Group.

Dan studied Business - Accounting at the University of Technology Sydney.

Graham Lello

Chief Financial Officer

Graham Lello joined Redcape in July 2014 and brings a broad international financial skillset to the Group. In particular Graham’s expertise lies in financial management, strategy development and mergers and acquisitions whilst also having held board and senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

After beginning his career in South Africa with a large multinational corporation, Graham moved to London and spent twelve years in the global investment office of prominent UK businessman Lord Ashcroft. In 2009 Graham relocated to Australia to lead the restructure and turnaround of a conglomerate incorporating financial services, property and wine industries.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Planning. 

Chris Unger

Chief Technology Officer

Chris Unger joined Redcape in December 2013, having previously consulted to Redcape on Gaming strategy. Chris’ long association with Redcape includes three years spent as National Gaming Manager for National Leisure and Gaming.

Chris joined Redcape after three years as Chief Operating Officer of the Wyong Rugby League Club Group of clubs. He was previously part of the pre and post-opening team of Crown Macau, where was Gaming Operations Manager and a member of the Management Leadership Team.

Chris’ background includes 17 years of gaming and hospitality operations and strategy across Hotels, Clubs and Casinos in both the public and private sectors.

Chris studied Commerce – Business Law at Curtin University and has an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management.
